Last updated: August 2026 · Compliant with Quebec's Law 25
Confidentiality is not a formality at Thamanati: it is the core of our work. This policy sets out what
personal information we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights available to you.
1. Person responsible for the protection of personal information
The Thamanati site is operated by L'Entité Nexus inc. (NEQ 1182322496), Montreal (Quebec).
Privacy officer: Jarod Idir — jarod@theentity.ca. For any request relating to the Thamanati site:

2. Information collected

description that we expressly ask you to write without full names or identifying details, your
preferred contact method and one contact detail (email, Signal number or Threema ID).
- Subsequent exchanges: the information you choose to send us via Proton Mail, Signal or Threema.
- The site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising tools and no individual audience measurement.
No banking data is collected through the site.
- Local storage: the site stores only the display language you select, in your own browser. This
storage is strictly necessary for the site to work, contains no personal data, is transmitted to no one and
is erased when you clear your browser data. No consent banner is therefore required.
3. Purposes
Your information is used solely to: assess and process your application, arrange the scoping call, carry out
the agreed mandate, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. It is never used for commercial prospecting
and is never sold, rented or exchanged.
4. Disclosure to third parties
- Licensed partner agencies: only to the extent necessary to carry out a reserved mandate, under a
written confidentiality agreement.

Proton (servers in Switzerland).
- Authorities: only where required by law.
5. Retention
- Declined applications or applications left without follow-up: information deleted within 90 days.
- Client files: retained for the duration of the mandate and then for the period required by our legal,
professional and insurance obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.
- You may request early deletion of your information at any time (see § 7).
6. Security
We apply the principle of minimisation, encryption of communications (Proton Mail, Signal, Threema), neutral
file labelling, restricted access to files and secure destruction at the end of the retention period. In the
event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we undertake to notify you and to
inform the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, as required by law.
7. Your rights (Law 25)
You have the right to access, rectify, withdraw consent and request deletion of your personal information,
as well as the right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).
To exercise a right, write to candidature-Thamanati@protonmail.ch; we respond within a maximum of
30 days.
8. Persons concerned by a mandate
In the course of a mandate, the firm processes information from open sources, documents provided by the
client, or verifications carried out with consent, in compliance with applicable law. Any person may send us a
request concerning their personal information; it will be handled in accordance with the law, without disclosing
the identity of our clients.
